PHIL DINE, ILCA VICE PRESIDENT

Phil Dine is the Director of Communications and Media Relations for the National Association of Letter Carriers. A veteran labor journalist, he authored the book State of the Unions: How Labor Can Strengthen the Middle Class, Improve Our Economy, and Regain Political Influence. He is a three-time Pulitzer Prize nominee and adjunct professor of labor and/or communications, most recently at George Washington University.
