The International Labor Communications Association is the professional organization of labor communicators. ILCA was founded on December 5, 1955 and together we’ve expanded the voices or workers and labor issues in the media. ILCA membership is open to all national, regional, and local union communications professionals and members of the media. Membership is open to all AFL-CIO, Change to Win, and Canadian Labour Congress members, or affiliated with other regional or global federations, as well as to those not affiliated with those bodies. The ILCA’s members produce publications with a total circulation in the tens of millions and are dedicated to amplifying labor’s and workers voices around the world. Through the power of its institutional presence, ILCA provides a platform to showcase, advance, and grow the work of labor communicators.
