Join us for our second cross-border U.S. & Canada mini conference is scheduled for September 5-7, 2024 in New York City. This mini conference is a 3 day event:

Thursday, September 5, 2024: Evening welcome reception and solidarity sharing with the the NYC Labor community 5pm - 7pm

Friday, September 6, 2024: Full day of workshops and panels (Breakfast and Lunch included). We’ll also have an optional evening social outing you’re welcome to join! We will have some exciting workshop announcements coming soon, but some early highlights include workshops on: Social Media Advertising, Bridging the Organizer Communicator Divide, Canva 101, Labor Videography, Messaging for the Media, Corporate Brand Busting, panels and more!

Saturday, September 7, 2024: Join us for the United States’ oldest and largest Labor Day Parade! For our Canadian delegates please join us to march in a CALM specific contingent of the NYC Labour Day Parade. For U.S. delegates we can help you coordinate with your New York City locals to join their groups to show your union pride marching up 5th Avenue! More details on line up position and time will be available closer to the date. Parade generally ends by 2pm.
